Company Description
Monticello Management, Inc is a property management firm with offices in New Jersey and New York with two partners and a professional staff of six individuals.
Monticello’s practice is concentrated in the Condominium, Co-operative and Commercial Property Management.

Monticello’s staff is expected to obtain and maintain its licenses and participate in the industry’s regulatory agency’s continuing education programs.

Monticello Management considers its employees its most important asset. The average length of employment is six years with most employees holding either a Bachelors Degree and or a Masters Degree in their individual proficiencies.
Paul DePetro, CMCA, AMS - Founder, President

Paul DePetro entered the property management industry in 1983 and has since worked in both Commercial and Residential Management .
Paul started his career in the Hospitality Management Industry working for the Metro Media Group until he was invited to work for the Helmsley Corporation in 1991 as their Chief Engineer. In 1994, Paul was asked to join the Ian Schrager Hotel Corporation as their Regional Director of Engineering. During this period Paul worked on the preservation and maintenance of historically significant buildings both in the domestic and the international arena; the acquisition and construction of new residential structures; and the transition of commercial structures to residential.
Finally, Paul worked for the Cushman & Wakefield organization as Director of Property Operations prior to co-founding Monticello Management.
Robin Habacht, MBA, CMCA, AMS - Founder, Owner
Robin Habacht, holds a Bachelor of Accounting, with a minor in Economics from New
York City University and an MBA from Wagner College.
Prior to founding Monticello Management, Inc. Ms .Habacht worked in the capacity of Chief Financial officer and Chief Operating Officer in both private and publicly held corporations.
A top-performing financial executive for over two decades with both domestic and international experience, Ms. Habacht brings innovative and sound strategic financial options to clients. Ms. Habacht has demonstrated a particular fondness and success in the area of “corporate financial rescue”, particularly during years of domestic economic crisis.

Ms. Habacht's core competencies lie in her ability to evaluate operational and financial systems and then streamline these systems to work at maximum capacity without sacrificing efficiency all the while preserving the core financial funding requirements needed for future capital projects.
Accounting and Administration
Subashini Sankaranarayanan, MBA
Prior to joining Monticello Management, Subashini was the Manager of Accounting at SF Dyes India, a multinational corporation. Subashini's primary contribution is to our corporate accounting management; corporate financial reporting and to our financial trend analysis unit. Subashini is also responsible for the supervision of Monticello Management's day to day financial operations. Subashini received her Masters in Financial Management from the University of Annamala.
Tom Bodall attended Rowan University where he received a B.A. in history and minor in political science. He is currently attending classes for a Certificate in Historic Preservation at Drew University. Tom’s previous employment has included managing historic sites and working with nonprofit organizations. Tom areas of expertise include property management; construction projects management as well as work order production and the performance of the customer service group.
Renee Feinman, BS
Renee is attending Seton Hall University in pursuit of her Bachelor's Degree. Rene works as an assistant on most projects bringing them to fruition underbudget and on time. Renee's skills set includes accounting and extend through to administration and the the insurance claims department.
Linda O'Neal, BF
Linda O'Neal attended CUNY and has worked with several service oriented companies during her extensive career. She manages the cash receivable department and is respseveral facets of the customer service
Mara Herling
Mara Herling is a full time student at TCNJ and has been an intern at Monticello Management during her school breaks. She is a great asset to the corporation.
