  • Ashford Manor is located in Wall Township, New Jersey and built on approximately 26.2 acres of land.  Ingress and egress to the association is via Bailey’s Corner Road via Mako Drive close to Highway Route 35.
     
    Ashford Manor consists of one hundred and four (104) townhouse style condominium dwelling units with garages and is fee simple.  There are also twenty-five (25) unassigned parking spaces, a tennis court and tot-lot.
     
    Wall Township is a 31 mile area occupying wide open lands on the Atlantic Coastal Plain between Shark River and Manasquan River and near to the ocean shore.  The first known inhabitants of Wall Township were the Lenni-Lenape Indians, a Delaware Indian Tribe of the Algonquin race.
     
    Wall Township borders Brick Township, the Borough of Brielle, the Borough of Manasquan, the Borough of Sea Girt, the Borough of Spring Lake Heights, the Borough of South Belmar, the Borough of Belmar, the Township of Neptune, the Borough of Tinton Falls, Colts Neck Township and Howell Township.
     
    There are several elementary schools within the association’s location, an intermediate school, a high school as well as two colleges, Brookdale Community College and Monmouth College.
     
    Wall Township offers a variety of shopping centers, places of worship including churches and temples as well as libraries, social clubs and medical facilities.
