1) What do I need to sign up for ACH/Automatic Payments?
- You will need one of your checks for reference.
2) When will the ACH withdrawals start?
- You will indicate the start month on your form. Generally withdrawals
are started on or about the 10th of each month but vary by association due date.
3) Can I start and stop at any time?
- Yes, you may simply fax or email a note asking to stop your ACH service.
4) Will you take out any other fees besides my maintenance?
- No. We will only take out maintenance fees. No assessments, late fees,
legal fees, violations or any other monies unless instructed in writing by you.
5) I don't want to fill out this form online, is there another method?
- Yes, please request a form by email or phone and you may mail or fax it back
