    Monticello Management has been working in the property management and financial industry for
    over 25 years.

    Monticello's portfolio includes High and low-rise residential properties; Condominium, Townhouse,
    Homeowner Associations as well as Co-operatives, mixed and Commercial properties ranging in
    size from 50 units to 3,000 units.

    employees holding either a Masters and or a Bachelors Degree in their individual proficiencies.  

    Paul DePetro, CMCA, AMS
    Mr. DePetro began his career in the Hospitality Management Industry working for the Metro Media Group
    until he was invited to work for the Helmsley Corporation in 1991 as their Chief Engineer.

    In 1994, Mr. DePetro was asked to join the Ian Schrager Corporation as their Regional Director of
    Engineering. During this period he worked on the preservation and maintenance of historically
    significant buildings both in the domestic and the international arena.  

    Mr. DePetro specialized in the  construction and start up of new high-rise residential and commercial
    buildings including the The Royalton and Asia De Cuba in NYC; the Barbizon in NYC; the Morgans Hotel
    in NYC; the Paramount in NYC; the Empire and Hudson Hotels in NYC; The Sanderson and St. Martin's
    Lane Hotels in London, England and The Mondrian in Los Angeles.

    Prior to joining Monticello Management,  Mr. DePetro was employed by the Cushman & Wakefield
    organization as Director of Property Operations in New York.
